Stina has extensive experience in strategic communications, with significant knowledge and understanding of integrated communications, concept development, brand positioning and change management.

Before joining Paues Åberg Stina was an advisor at various communications agencies, such as Lowe Brindfors, Golin and JKL. She has experience in project manager and agency manager roles. Stina has also led integrated campaigns and development of creative processes. She ran her own PR agency for several years, served as the marketing and communications manager for non-profit organization Mentor Sweden and a communications strategist at the Swedish Public Employment Service.

Stina has received awards from Guldnyckeln (2017), Planning awards (2017) and Spinn (2015).
