Bravida's Annual and Sustainability Report 2023

Bravida, a long-standing customer of ours, is a large-cap company in the installation and service industry.

Bravida is developing at a rapid pace. They focus on helping more customers future-proof the technology in their properties and facilities with energy-efficient and digital solutions.

For many years, the company has used us to help with the production of its annual and sustainability report, which this year as an interactive pdf in landscape form, with clickable links that simplify navigation, and more concise texts that consider the digital reader. It was also adapted to Bravida's newly launched brand platform and prepared for future EU requirements.

In the project, Paues Åberg Communications was responsible for the concept, design, text production and project management.

Skandia's Annual and Sustainability Report 2023

Skandia is a Swedish financial services company specializing in life and health insurance, savings products, and asset management.

In 2023, Paues Åberg Communications produced all of Skandia's financial reports, including the annual report for the Group.

The ambition for this year's annual report was to create as smooth a process as possible, not least because Skandia was planning to take big steps towards a CSRD-adapted sustainability report. Great emphasis was therefore placed on planning and organization in the project.

In this production, Paues Åberg Communications was responsible for project management and graphic design.

Annehem Fastigheter's Annual and Sustainability Report 2023

For the second year in a row, Annehem Fastigheter, a growth-driven real estate company, chose to enlist the help of Paues Åberg Communications to produce the annual and sustainability report.

Annehem operates in Nordic growth regions and has a strong focus on modern properties with a high sustainability profile. The ambition for this year's annual report was to highlight the value creation that Annehem achieves through its customer-oriented management and at the same time to develop the design language.

Intea Annual and Sustainability Report 2023

Intea is a fast-growing property company in social infrastructure with a focus on long-term management.

Intea has placed great emphasis on presenting its company in a modern and attractive way through a digital annual and sustainability report in landscape format with interactive links. As in previous years printed annual reports, which had Intea's name in gold text on the front, the overall impression of the digital report remains formal and exclusive.

In this year's project, Paues Åberg Communications was responsible for the design, text, and production.

Tobii Dynavox Annual and Sustainability Report 2023

Tobii Dynavox develops assistive technology for people with different types of communication difficulties.

Paues Åberg has assisted Tobii Dynavox with the annual report work for three years and the ambition was to give the 2023 Annual Report a boost, where the concept from the previous year was further developed with the target group investors in focus. We therefore clarified issues related to growth, profitability, and scalability and future-proofed by building more information about sustainability and value creation into the company report.

Probi Annual and Sustainability Report 2023

For the fourth year in a row, Paues Åberg Communications has produced Probi's annual report.

Probi, a client we have worked with for several years, is a midcap company in the biotech and health sector with a market capitalization of approximately SEK 2.2 billion. Paues Åberg Communications was responsible for design, project management, strategic advice, and some text production in the project.

ALM Equity Annual and Sustainability Report 2023

ALM Equity is an active business developer in the real estate industry that creates value by acquiring and refining assets for new businesses and independent companies. They are a long-standing customer of ours and chose for the third year in a row to enlist the help of Paues Åberg Communications to produce the annual and sustainability report.

The ambition for this year's Annual and Sustainability Report was to highlight ALM Equity's ability to adapt its operations in a troubled world and at the same time develop its design language.

Logistea Annual and Sustainability Report

Logistea is a real estate company with a focus on logistics, warehousing, and light industry.

Paues Åberg has assisted Logistea with the annual report work from idea to finished product for two consecutive years. In this year's project, the focus was on the presentation of Logistea's updated sustainability strategy and sharpened sustainability goals. Paues Åberg assisted with sustainability advisors and project management of a double materiality analysis in accordance with ESRS and CSRD, which resulted in a clear roadmap for Logistea's sustainability work.

In addition, the design of the annual report was developed to clearly convey the image of Logistea as a real estate company with a focus on logistics. The ambition was that the visual concept should be simple, educational, and obvious. We also focused on creating a clearer narrative with the common thread "real estate companies with a focus on logistics".

The annual report was made in a landscape format, which simplifies screen reading and makes it easier to reuse material in, for example, presentations.

Viva Wine Group Annual and Sustainability Report 2023 (RASMUS)

New Annual and Sustainability Report for Viva Wine Group, which has been a customer since 2021.

For the third year in a row, Paues Åberg Communications has supported Viva Wine Group in the production of their annual and sustainability report. This year, extensive changes were made to the format, content, and design language of the report. Paues Åberg Communications was responsible for all parts of the development, from concept and project management to design and production of content.
